Sr. Service Designer & UX Strategist

For over 16 years, I’ve partnered with organizations of all sizes to translate complex goals into clear, user-centered experiences that deliver measurable impact. As a Service Designer and UX Strategist, I bring together research, design, and cross-functional collaboration to improve how people interact with products and services. My focus is on aligning business goals, user needs, and operational realities to drive meaningful outcomes.

I believe effective design is rooted in strategy, guided by empathy, and measured by its ability to improve experiences and influence behavior. My work spans end-to-end service design, from discovery and journey mapping to delivery, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and grounded in real user insight.

I build and mentor high-performing teams and create environments where collaboration drives better decisions. Known for being steady and thoughtful, I partner closely with stakeholders to bring clarity to complex problems and deliver solutions that work in the real world.

Outside of work, I’m inspired by architecture and industrial design, fields where vision becomes tangible. I enjoy exploring new cities, discovering great food, and staying active through soccer, travel, and art.
